Validation Interviews
A validation interview is an interview conducted by one of our company's experienced recruiters. This step takes place only after your own interviews with the final-round candidate or candidates. The purpose of the interview is to provide an objective and thorough assessment of the candidate's suitability for your company. The conversation evaluates the candidate's necessary personality traits, skills, and previous experience.
The process includes three parts: profile mapping with the company, interviewing the candidate, and providing feedback to the company.
